Good To Know

Check with a Lowe’s employee in the paint department for available paint samples in thousands of colors.

Step by Step

Step 1: Measure and then cut the copper wire using utility scissors. (You’ll need a 7-inch-long piece of wire for each charm.)

Step 2: Using mini needle-nose pliers, remove the wire that connects the small and large prisms. String a prism onto a copper wire piece. Using pliers, curl the ends of the copper wire to secure each prism.

Step 3: Paint one side of each prism using leftover interior paint. Apply a clear topcoat to the painted side. Allow each coat to dry.

Step 4: Curl the wire around a glass stem to attach each charm (painted side down).
